To explain it in a more technical way.įirstly, consoles are locked down, you cannot access the game's files to actually mod them, at least without hacking your console which is firstly illegal and secondly can risk bricking (breaking your system beyond repair) your console. To leave it simple, the system is just not open enough for mods to be created, among other things.
